I confirm that my personal details match my official ID exactly. I understand that I MUST bring the original physical Passport or Zambian NRC used during registration to the exam venue on test day, and that failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification with no refund. I understand that British Council examiners will take my photograph and finger biometric scan on test day.

I acknowledge British Council test terms: test cancellations or transfer requests made less than five (5) weeks before test date are non-refundable except under documented medical grounds supported by an official medical certificate.
